Patch health report
One page per workspace: which updates are missing, which are past the usual time limit (14 days for critical updates), and what to fix first.
Built in Grande Prairie, Alberta
ITvated shows which of your Windows computers need updates, keeps track until each one is fixed and checked again, and gives you a dated report when an insurer, auditor or client asks.
How it works
Download a signed installer for your site from the console and run it on each computer. You can choose to approve each new computer before it joins.
Each computer reports its missing updates, health and hardware. A computer that stops reporting is shown as stale, never as healthy.
Your own IT person or provider makes the fix. ITvated checks the computer again and keeps a dated record of what was found and when it was fixed.
What you get
One page per workspace: which updates are missing, which are past the usual time limit (14 days for critical updates), and what to fix first.
A dated PDF of computers, findings and what was done about them, sent on a schedule and kept in an archive.
For each computer: ready to move, needs a setting or a part, or needs replacing. Useful for planning now that Windows 10 support has ended.
The home page shows only what needs you today. Alert emails go to the person you choose, and repeats stay quiet.
For IT providers: one workspace per client, a portal where each client sees only their own status, and per-computer pricing with no per-technician fee.

Why ITvated
I’m Michael Seddoh. I started ITvated in Grande Prairie because small businesses are now asked to prove their computers are looked after, and that is hard to do without the right tools. Larger companies have them. A ten-person office should too, at a price that makes sense.
ITvated is new, and I’d rather tell you exactly what it does today than promise what it might do. If you try it, you’ll be talking to me, and what you tell me shapes what we build next.

Questions
No. ITvated installs its own small agent next to what you already use. It doesn’t connect to or control your other tools. Your IT person keeps doing the fixing; ITvated keeps the record.
No tool can do that. ITvated gives you a dated record of what was seen on each computer and what was done. Your insurer, auditor or regulator decides what it means.
A small Windows agent, signed by ITvated Inc. It reports inventory, health and update status. A separate updater checks Windows Update and installs only signed ITvated updates to the agent itself.
No. Our managed service works only with businesses that come to us directly in the Peace Region. We never approach a provider’s clients.
